The Disney Magic will sail from the port of Venice in 2014. The Disney Mediterranean cruises are very popular and sell out quickly. It is likely that this Disney Magic cruise will be very popular as this is the first time that any Disney ship has sailed from Venice.
The Disney Magic will sail on June 26th and July 5th 2014 will the following itinerary:
Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey
Rhodes, Greek Isles
Mykonos, Greek Isles
At Sea/Venice, Italy
This is a fabulous itinerary if you want to explore the Greek Islands in a very relaxing way. There is an overnight port stop in Venice too making it easy for cruisers to explore this beautiful city. Increasingly cruise lines do seem to be having overnight stops in this port. It can be very cost effective for the cruiser as well – hotel prices in Venice are amongst the highest in Europe so staying on the ship is a good option.
The Disney Magic is sailing on many other European itineraries in both 2013 and 2014. Most sail from the home port of Barcelona and there is a choice of itineraries ranging from 4 to 12 nights.
