The Disneyland Blue Bayou is set at the side of the start of the Pirates of the Caribbean ride in the park. The entrance is tucked away in one of the side streets in New Orleans Square in Disneyland.

The very best tables are by the water’s edge so that you can see the Pirates of the Caribbean boats float by. Ask if you can be seated at one of these and you may be in luck.

To maximize your chances of getting a table by the water in the Blue Bayou, approach the podium at least 30 minutes prior to your reserved time.

Ask nicely if you can be seated by the water. It may help if you have something special to celebrate such as a birthday or anniversary.

The Disneyland Blue Bayou is one of the most romantic restaurants in the park. The perfect place for a special occasion.

However, it is also very child-friendly?. The atmosphere is upscale, relaxed and very unique. Kids are made to feel as welcome as the grown-ups.

The lighting in the restaurant is very dim, and this adds to the relaxed ambiance. The servers tend to be excellent and very knowledgeable about the menu.

It used to be difficult to actually see the menu at the Blue Bayou in the low lighting. However, new technology has been introduced with light-up menus.

Blue Bayou Disneyland Menu

Want to know what is on the Blue Bayou Disneyland Menu? One thing is for sure. Things are expensive at The Blue Bayou.

You won’t get out of there without spending around $100 for 2 people for entrees and a non-alcoholic drink. You could spend a whole lot more! However, it really is worth it, particularly if you are celebrating something.

Blue Bayou Reservations

All Disneyland Dining, including Blue Bayou Reservations, open up 60 days ahead. You can make Disneyland Dining reservations at any of the parks or Disneyland hotels by calling (714) 781-DINE. You can also use the Disneyland Mobile App or book online at Disneyland Dining Reservations.

Disneyland restaurant reservations all need a credit card guarantee of $10 per person. Your credit card details will be taken at the time that you book. If you do not show up for your Disneyland dining reservation your card will be charged unless you cancel 24 hours before you are due to dine.

The Blue Bayou is one of the most popular restaurants in Disneyland. You are unlikely to get a table if you just show up at the restaurant. However, if you want to take a chance you will probably have more luck if you turn up late for dinner.

Also, you could try looking for a reservation the day before. As all Disney dining reservations now need a credit card guarantee, guests do cancel 24 hours before.
