You can buy tickets just for the Halloween party which starts at 7pm.

Hi,

You probably already answered this above, but last night we had tickets and of course, the thunder and lightning and torrential downpour started en route to Mickey’s Halloween Party. We decided, with the help of the weather, to turn around and go home. Would it be at all possible to call Disneyland or someone and see if, in lieu of a refund, we could possibly put the tickets toward something else? A night in a hotel? Something? If not, then lesson learned. Next time we won’t pre-buy. Thanks for any reply or info!

No rain checks Sharon. If it is raining the event still goes ahead. It is a separately ticketed event, so if you want to visit another park then you need a Disney park ticket.

Two questions,
1. Should it be raining for the even is it cancelled?

2. If you don’t buy a ticket for the event can you be in other parks like Epcot?
