Princess Anna And Queen Elsa In Magic Kingdom

Princess Anna and Queen Elsa from Disney’s Frozen are soon to have a new home in Magic Kingdom. They will arrive in Princess Fairytale Hall in New Fantasyland in Disney’s Magic Kingdom on April 22nd.

Elsa and Anna’s present home is The Norway Pavilion in Epcot World Showcase. The lines for this were huge. They always seemed to be well over an hour and often up to 2 hours. It seems as though Disney World had been taken by surprise by the overwhelming popularity of Frozen and the new Disney Princesses. Of course it made sense to put Princess Anna and Queen Elsa in the Norway Pavilion, but they just proved to be too popular for that location.

The new location for Anna and Elsa in Princess Fairytale Hall in Magic Kingdom will no doubt be a much better place to meet and greet the Frozen stars. There will be Fast Pass+ available so at least that will be a good option to keep down the waiting time.

As Princess Anna and Queen Elsa are so popular it would make a lot of sense to have them in more than one location in Disney World. It was wonderful to see Princess Anna on our Disney Fantasy cruise recently. She did seem to be the most popular character on board but we did wonder why she didn’t have her sister Queen Anna with her (perhaps she will join her soon).

Will you be visiting Princess Anna and Queen Elsa in Disney World’s Magic Kingdom?
