What are the Walt Disney World ride and attraction closures for April 2015? If you are visiting Disney World it is always a good idea to know what the scheduled attraction closures are.

April 2015 will be a busy time for the first couple of weeks in particular as it is Easter – and this is a very popular time for British visitors as well as ones from the US and Canada during spring break.

The good thing about visiting during this time is that park hours are generally extended and there are very few scheduled ride closures during April 2015.

Here are the scheduled closures for April 2015 for all the Walt Disney World parks.

Disney Animal Kingdom Ride Closures April 2015

Flame Tree Barbecue Restaurant is closed until 22nd April

Creature Comforts is closed until 14th June

There are no other scheduled closures at Disney’s Animal Kingdom during April 2015

Disney’s Hollywood Studios Ride Closures April 2015

Lights Motors Action will be closed from 20th until 24th April 2015

Epcot

There are no scheduled ride and attraction closures for Epcot in April 2015

Disney’s Magic Kingdom

It’s A Small World is closed from 14th April until 17th April 2015

Jungle Cruise is closed from 13th April and will reopen on 8th May 2015.

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad is closed from 27th April until 30th April 2015.

Disney World Water Parks

Blizzard Beach and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon are both open during April.

These are all the scheduled ride closures at Walt Disney World for April 2015. These are of course subject to change. Remember that rides and attractions at Walt Disney World do often experience unscheduled down time. The more complex the ride is, the more likely there will be some down time. Rides like Tower of Terror, Test Track, Rock N Roller Coaster, and Expedition Everest all have some unscheduled closures but these are usually short lived and the ride is back in operation quickly.
