? Regular M&M’S Milk Chocolate Candy

Note that you need two different sizes of M & M’s to make the Mickey Bites. This is so you can make the classic Mickey Mouse shape on each pretzel.

You will also need a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Don’t miss out the parchment paper – you don’t want the pretzel bits to be stuck to the cookie sheet!

Then put the pretzel bites onto the cookie sheet in rows.

The next step is to put one of the Hersheys kisses in the middle of the pretzel.

This is what is going to make your M & M’s stick to the pretzel bite.

You need to chocolate to melt slightly, but not too much. Put the cookie sheet into the over for about 2 minutes at first. The chocolate needs to be melted enough so that the M & M’s will stick, but not so melted that the chocolate gets too runny!

You do need to be careful to get the timing right so keep looking at how the chocolate is melting and adjust accordingly. You don’t want a gooey mess of melted chocolate – you just want it soft enough so the M & M’s will stick.

As soon as the cookie sheet is out of the oven, place a regular sized M & M onto the chocolate. This will be Mickey Mouse’s head.

Next add two Mini M & M’s to make his ears.

Leave to rest for about 15 minutes to give the chocolate a chance to set. Or you can speed up this process by putting the cookie tray in the refrigerator.

How To Store the Pretzel Bites

These Mickey Mouse Pretzel Bites are best enjoyed as soon as they are set, but you can store them in an air tight container. It is unlikely that they will last for very long though – they are quite addictive once you eat one!

Enjoy!
