Disney Cruise Ships Newest to Oldest

Having launched its first ship in 1998 Disney Cruise Lines is undergoing a period of rapid expansion which will see them have eight cruise ships sailing by 2025.

This is particularly impressive when you think that in early 2022 they only had four ships in the fleet. To double in size in just over three years is a major accomplishment in the cruise industry.

This is a guide that shows the Disney Cruise Ships from newest to oldest.

Disney Wish

The Wish is the newest ship in the Disney fleet which is sailing right now. Disney Wish sails 3 and 4-night cruises to the Bahamas from Port Canaveral, Florida.

Disney Fantasy

Disney Fantasy has her home port in Port Canaveral, Florida, and sails mostly 7-night Western and Eastern Caribbean itineraries.

Disney Dream

The much-awaited Disney Dream was the first ship to have the AquaDuck. She was also the first Disney ship to add a second adult-only dining venue, Remy.

Disney Wonder

Disney Wonder was the second Classic ship in the DCL fleet. She sails a variety of itineraries including sailing from San Diego for cruises to Mexico and Vancouver for Alaskan cruises.

Disney Magic

The very first Disney Cruise ship and many still say she is the best! Disney Magic sails a wide range of different itineraries.
