Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point First Look at Food and Drinks

It is almost time for the first guests to arrive on Disney’s new island Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point. In June Disney Fantasy will make her first port call to Disney’s new private island.

On June 6, guests will be met with the delicious flavors of The Bahamas, along with other guest favorites and some menu items inspired by Bahamian recipes.

Here is a first look at just some of the new food and beverage options at Lighthouse Point.

Just like Castaway Cay, there will be 2 food venues at the family beach area, and 1 at Serenity Bay which is the adult only location.

• True-True Too BBQ 
• Serenity Bay BBQ just for adults

Here are some of the items that will be offered:

• Bahamian Pigeon Peas & Rice with marinated chicken, oven-baked plantains, and fried okra
• Grilled Cheeseburger on a brioche bun with shredded iceberg lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, and pickles with french fries with American coleslaw
• Disney Lookout Cay Spiced Rotisserie Chicken marinated with Bay Leaves, onion, sweet pepper, lime, thyme, and goat pepper with grilled pineapple and black bean salad
• Plant-based Island Curry with tofu, cilantro, and potatoes (Plant-based) 

• Bahamian-style Lime marinated grilled snapper with sautéed pickled vegetables yucca fries
• Grilled BBQ Ribs with “smoky BBQ” sauce, grilled corn, and yucca fries

But what about the drink’s offerings? Here is what we know so far.

A variety of ice-cold beverages will be served at:

• Mangroves and Go
• Blue Hole Bar
• Bow and Ribbon Bar
• Watering Hole
• Sandsational Smoothies
• Reef and Wreck Bar

The bars will feature classic cocktails, beers,and non-alcoholic drinks as well as some new Bahamian inspired drinks for the new Lighthouse Point Disney island.

The new Disney Lookout Cay Signature Cocktail is the Eleuthera Euphoria – a mix of rum, pineapple smoothie mix and Dole Whip. Who can resist a cocktail with Dole Whip?

Other new items available include:

• Bahama Brew: Cold brew coffee blended with Hawaiian island syrup, cold brew, finished with a coconut-flavored soft whip topping (Non-alcoholic beverage)
• Butterfly Switcha: Specialty Mocktail made with lemonade, butterfly pea jasmine green tea, and a sprinkle of blue edible glitter (Non-alcoholic beverage)

• Eleuthera Euphoria: Disney Lookout Cay Signature Cocktail made with premium aged rum, pineapple smoothie and DOLE Whip
• Disney Lookout Cay Coffee Cup
