Requirements seem to change all the time as the cruise lines are trying to keep passengers safe and keep in line with CDC guidelines.

All Disney cruise passengers sailing from North America have to provide proof of vaccination.

As the vaccine is not currently offered to those 12 and under there are special rules concerning those children boarding a Disney Cruise.

For all sailings, Guests 12 years of age and older must be fully vaccinated and take a COVID-19 test upon embarkation. Guests 11 years old and under are not required to be vaccinated but must take a pre-trip NAAT test, rapid PCR test or lab-based PCR test for COVID-19, as well as a rapid COVID-19 test upon embarkation.

All guests, no matter what age they are and whether or not they are vaccinated must take a COVID-19 test at the terminal before boarding.

This test is provided in the cruise terminal and is paid for by Disney Cruise Line and administered by Inspire Diagnostics.

A parent or legal guardian will need to use their own account to provide this information on their behalf. This test will be paid for by the Disney Cruise guest.
