Do you want to know what your options are for your breakfast on a Disney Cruise?
There are plenty of different choices:

Buffet Breakfast
This will be served every day in Cabanas on Disney Magic, Wonder, Fantasy, and Dream. On Disney Wish, the buffet is Marceline Market.
You will certainly be spoiled for choice with all the breakfast items available here.
The buffet usually opens around 6.30 am with a selection of continental breakfast items.
At 7 am the full selection is available with such items as eggs, sausage, bacon, Mickey Waffles, yogurt, fruit, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, croissants, and pastries.
There is also an omelet station for freshly cooked omelets and eggs.

Room Service Breakfast Menu
There is a special breakfast room service menu (although this is not available on the morning you disembark).
You will find a card to fill out in your stateroom. If it isn’t on the desk then sometimes you will find it in the desk drawer.
If you can’t find one at all then ask your stateroom host and they will get some for you.
You fill in the card and hang it outside your door before 3 am.
The selection is limited to cold items, but it is always a nice luxury to have breakfast delivered to your room.
- Juices
Orange, Apple, Grapefruit - Breads & Pastries
Danish pastries, Assortment of Muffins, Croissants, Doughnuts, White Toast, Whole Wheat Toast, English Muffins, Bagel - Condiments
Selection of Jams, Honey, Butter, Margarine, Cream Cheese - Cold Cereals

Served with Whole or Skim Milk - Beverages

If you just want coffee in the morning, but don’t want to be disturbed by room service, think about ordering a pot of coffee the night before. It will stay hot until the morning.
Cove Cafe
If you want a specialty coffee in the morning then head on over to Cove Cafe. All of the ships have a Cove Cafe, which is exclusively for those aged 18 and over.
The coffee, tea, and other beverages are available for an extra charge. But there are free pastries available as well on all the ships, except Disney Wish.
Cove Cafe is a quieter option for breakfast. It doesn’t offer much choice of things to eat but is certainly the place to go if you need a decent coffee in the morning.
Breakfast on Disembarkation Day
You have a choice of either a sit-down breakfast at a set time, the buffet, or Cove Cafe for your disembarkation day breakfast.
Most people choose the sit-down breakfast in their allocated rotational dining restaurant. There are two timed seatings for breakfast on the final day.
Which one you go to will depend upon whether you have early or late seating.
What many people don’t realize is that one advantage of late seating is that you will get a later breakfast time on your final day. The times are usually 7.00 am and 8.15 am.
Where this is located will depend upon where you dined on the last night of your cruise.
Here you can see below the notice for a Disney Magic cruise where the breakfast is served and the times. It is all related to where and what time you dined on your last evening.

The buffet is also open on disembarkation day. This is the option that I prefer.
I don’t particularly enjoy the final breakfast menu and often the process feels rushed – it has to be as your Servers are working very hard to get your food to you quickly as they are on a very tight time scale. I tend to prefer the more relaxed pace of the buffet.
You can also go to Cove Cafe and get your coffee and a pastry. This is another relaxed way to spend your final time on the ship.
Is There a Disney Character Breakfast on a Cruise?
Before 2020 select sailings of 7 nights and over had a Disney Character Breakfast on board. However, since sailing resumed, the character breakfasts have not returned.
