Disney Rose Gold Margarita Cocktail
This one is a twist on the classic margarita. The rose gold makes it extra special and don’t forget to decorate to give it that very distinctive Disney look.
Ingredients
2 oz Tequila
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Triple Sec
1/2 oz Grenadine
1 oz Vodka
1/2 Oz Raspberry Schnapps Razzmatazz
Lime Wedges to decorate
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Enjoy!

Balsamic Grande Cocktail
When we think of Palo we quite rightly think of the amazing food. However, dinner at Palo is not complete without a specialty cocktail or two!
This balsamic grande cocktail is the perfect addition to your Palo experience. Remember to use a high quality aged balsamic vinegar for the best possible taste.
- 5 Fresh Strawberries, Quartered
- 1 1/2 oz Agave Nectar
- 1/2 oz Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- 5 oz Grey Goose Vodka
Muddle the strawberries with agave and balsamic vinegar in a mixing glass.
Add vodka and ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.

Mint Tea Punch
This refreshing iced tea is perfect if you want a non-alcoholic Disney Cruise Cocktail.
1½ oz. English Breakfast Tea
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
3 Lime Wedges
¼ oz. Agave Nectar
1 oz. Club Soda
Mint Leaves
Muddle in a glass the lime wedges, agave nectar, and mint leaves. Add English breakfast tea, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, club soda, and crushed ice.
Shake ingredients together and pour contents into a tall glass. Garnish with fresh berries and mint leaves.

- Fresh Berries (muddled)
- Top with Sprite
- Pour into Tall Glass with Crushed Ice
- Garnish with Berries
Disney Castaway Cay Worth Melting For Cocktail Recipe
You can imagine that you are enjoying the day on Castaway Cay with this refreshing Disney Cruise Frozen inspired cocktail.
- 2 Pieces of Fresh Passion Fruit
- 6 oz. Piña Colada Mix
- 1 oz. Blue Curaçao Syrup
- Ice
Blend the passion fruit with piña colada mix and ice. Then, layer the bottom of a glass with a half-ounce blue curaçao syrup.
Pour drink and drizzle a half-ounce blue curaçao syrup.

Imagine yourself on Disney’s private island Castaway Cay with a cool cocktail in your hand and sand between your toes……
If you want to recreate the wonderfully refreshing Konk Kooler which is served on Castaway Cay, here is the recipe!
1/2 oz Dark Rum
3/4 Light Rum
1 oz Passion Fruit Juice
1 oz Pina Colada Mix
1 oz Orange Juice
Place all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake! Pour into a tall glass filled with ice.
Disney Cruise Lines Prestige Cocktail
The Prestige cocktail is a specialty of Pink which is found on the Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy ships.
You have to try this fabulous mix of spiced rum, amaro liqueur, Coca-Cola, hibiscus sugar, and lime.
Ingredients
1.5 oz Spiced Rum
0.5 Oz Amaro Liqueur
Coca-Cola
1 Tsp Hibiscus Sugar
3 Diced Lime Wedges
Ice
Add the rum, Amaro Liqueur, Hibiscus Sugar, lime wedges, and Coca-Cola in a glass. Stir. Add ice, and enjoy.
