Does anyone want to try The Disney World Kitchen Sink? If you love ice cream sundaes and have a few friends who share your passion, you will want to check out the famous original Kitchen Sink.
Disney World Kitchen Sink
It is available at Beaches and Cream in the Walt Disney World Yacht Club Resort.
To describe The Disney World Kitchen Sink sundae as huge is an understatement. At $35 this is a dessert to be taken very seriously (and not alone).
It is billed as serving four people It has vanilla, chocolate, coffee, strawberry and mint chocolate chip ice cream. The toppings are pretty much everything that they have available. You can also get a Chocolate Loves or Neapolitan version.

If the original Disney World Kitchen Sink is too daunting (or expensive) thankfully you can now try a smaller version.
In Disney World’s Magic Kingdom you can head to the Plaza Ice Cream Parlor or the Plaza Restaurant on Main Street, U.S.A.
Here is a slimmed-down version in a very cute Mickey pants kitchen sink sundae dish. Yes, you do get to keep the dish. This is priced at a slightly more reasonable (if you take into account the souvenir element of this treat) $23.00.
Not surprisingly this is not included in the Disney Dining Plan snack credit!
The Mickey’s Kitchen Sink Sundae has its hand-scooped chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry ice cream. It goes pretty overboard with the toppings to which include hot fudge sauce, strawberry, and caramel topping.
There is more. On the top of the sundae, you have chocolate and peanut butter chips, whipped cream. All rounded off with a couple of cherries.
The Kitchen Sink in Disney’s California Adventure Park
Note that right now Disney’s California Adventure Park is closed until further notice.
Disney parks visitors on the West Coast are not completely forgotten. They can’t get the original Disney Kitchen Sink, but they can enjoy an ice cream sundae in the same Mickey pants souvenir dish as their East coast counterparts.
You have to head to Clarabelle’s Hand Scooped Ice Cream store in Disney’s California Adventure Park. It is located near the entrance on Buena Vista Street. It is priced at $13.49.
There are several versions of the Kitchen Sink available in Disney’s California Adventure Park.
The Oswald Sundae has one scoop of vanilla, one of chocolate and is topped with hot fudge sauce, chocolate chips, whipped cream, a waffle cup, and a chocolate-dipped banana.
A slightly strange combination. Perhaps the banana is a concession to health-conscious California – that must cancel out all the sugar!
You can also get a Mint Chocolate Chip Sundae, Mocha Almond Fudge Sundae, Chocolate Chip Cookie Hot Fudge Sundae or a Strawberry Sundae. All are priced the same and are served in the souvenir cup.
