I was very disappointed with my Restylane treatments. I was assured by the physician that the 800 per syringe was competitive. I have researched in many areas and that is close to the highest that I have found. Coupled with the fact that "I won" $250 off a treatment at Bingo, it is even higher I understand the 18% for other services but with a physician. I feel my "winnings" were nothing but an opportunity to get me in the door. I received no aftercare instructions but to put ice on it. I feel like I was taken advantage of and was way upcharged. I also received a massage from my children as a gift. I was immediately asked if I wanted to upgrade to a different kind of massage. She told me the one I was receiving, a Swedish massage, is actually referred to as a baby massage for beginningers. After the massage I was seated in the same room and asked about my facial care. The masseuse thought that I could use some undereye wrinkle cream priced well over $125. My experiences at Senses Spa all felt like marketing ploys not what its intent was to be, a relaxing, treat-yourself vacation feel. During the tour of the spa, we spent more time than we wanted to with a girl who was attempting to sell Good Feet insoles. Again, with "prizes" of treatment discounts. I would like someone to look into these practices. I feel that I am owed some sort of monetary compensation.
