Disney Frozen Soundtrack

Not only is it a hugely successful movie but Disney’s Frozen songs and music are enjoying big success to. Disney’s Frozen Soundtrack At Top Of Billboard 200 Album Chart. The Disney Frozen soundtrack has pushed Beyonce off the number one spot selling 165,000 copies between December 30th and January 5th. This was a 55% increase over the week before – looks like all those New Year movie goers gave it a huge boost in sales.

The Disney Frozen soundtrack seems to be playing for most of the day in our house!

Disney’s Frozen is only the fourth soundtrack for an animated film to top the Billboard 200 since the chart began in 1956.

Let It Go is also highly likely to win a Golden Globe for Best Song at the weekend. I have to confess I would find it difficult to choose between Let It Go and Altas by Cold Play (The Hunger Games:Catching Fire).

Frozen is also nominated for Best Animated Feature. It is up against Despicable Me 2 so it will be interesting to see which studio wins the battle of the animation awards in this round.

Do you think that Frozen should win Golden Globes?
