If you are looking for a relaxed and upscale dining experience on the Disney Treasure, then you will definitely want to consider dinner at Palo Steakhouse.
All of the Disney Cruise Line ships feature an adult-only Palo restaurant, reserved exclusively for guests 18 and over.
The Treasure’s version is beautifully and subtly themed and sits alongside The Rose and Enchanté.

In true Disney restaurant fashion, Palo has a backstory. On Disney Treasure, the Steakhouse is inspired by Cogsworth, the enchanted clock from Beauty and the Beast.
The detailing is just breathtaking. Make sure that you allow extra time to take it all in. Even the bathrooms are beautiful!
As soon as you walk in the door you know you are in for a very special experience.

The corridor on Deck 12 which leads to The Rose Bar, Palo, and Enchanté carries that subtle Beauty and the Beast theme.
Elegant, but not over the top. Paintings and small design motifs guide you toward the rose sculpture and into these signature adult dining venues.
Visit The Rose Bar First
This is a hidden gem on Disney Treasure. Many people don’t ever find it – partly due to the somewhat confusing design of the ship, but let’s not get started on that subject.
Tip: If you are dining at Palo or Enchanté, arrive early and enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail at The Rose Bar. It quickly became one of my favorite places on Treasure and Wish to sit quietly and take in the floor-to-ceiling aft views.

There are lots of interesting cocktails and an extensive wine menu.
The Servers here are often amongst the very best on the ship.
You can see The Rose Bar menu here
I couldn’t resist the Mrs Tea cocktail. It’s a blend of SelvaRey White, Absolut Pear, Green Mango Peach Tea, Pommery POP Rosé. Can’t fault the presentation either.

The Rose Bar is used a lot for the tastings onboard. You can see my review of Mixology to see if this is something you would like to try.
Dinner at Palo Steakhouse
I almost always choose Brunch at Palo no matter which Disney ship I’m on.
As my kids are now all adults, I am more likely to go to Palo dinner as well because they can now all come with me if they want to.
When they were younger I didn’t do this as much as it would have meant that they would have had to have gone to dinner on their own – something they did start to do when they were teenagers.
Going to Palo Dinner does mean missing one of the rotational dining restaurants, but as I am lucky enough to sail multiple times a year, this has less of an impact than it could for others.

Palo on Disney Treasure, Wish and Destiny is called Palo Steakhouse. The earlier ships have Palo – without the steakhouse tag.
The newer ships have Italian-influenced menu plus a wide range of steaks.
Guests can choose either:
- The Prix Fixe Menu (Prezzo Fisso) for $55 per person.
- Or the à la carte menu, which offers a larger selection.
There is also a private dining room option for up to 12 guests that you can pre-book.
Like the other ships, there is a dress code for Palo — but it’s very relaxed these days.
Most people dress nicely, but you don’t need anything overly formal. You probably won’t see Mickey ears in here, but you also won’t usually see ball gowns either.
The Prix Fixe Dinner Menu
Here is the Palo fixed price menu with photos and a review of each dish we experienced. As I have dined here multiple times, I have used photos from more than one dinner so that you can see the most dishes possible.
You can also add the optional wine pairing (Esperienza del Vino) for $70.
The meal always begins with Palo’s trademark bread basket.
I really do try not to fill up on the bread as I know there is so much fabulous food to come – but it is a struggle!

I always really enjoy the mushroom amuse-bouche.

Prezzo Fisso Menu
Please select one dish from each course: Antipasti, Insalata, Il Secondo, and Dolce
$55.00.
Add on the Esperienza del Vino for an additional $70.
Heirloom Tomato, Burrata Mozzarella Caprese
Basil Pesto, Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Antipasti
Fritto di Calamari e Gamberi
Calamari, Jumbo Shrimp, Lemon-Garlic Mayonnaise, Marinara
These were tasty and well-cooked.

Insalata
- Crisp Romaine Hearts
Caesar Dressing, Toasted Ciabatta Croutons, Quail Eggs, Gorgonzola
I always enjoy this variation on a very simple dish. The gorgonzola is not overpowering, and the quail eggs are a tasty addition.

- Baby Arugula
Virgin Olive Oil, White Balsamic, Parmigiano-Reggiano

Both were fresh and well presented, but the Caesar dressing stood out. The tiny quail eggs gave it a special touch.
Il Secondo
- Pennette Pasta with San Marzano sauce
- Roasted Free-Range Chicken with lemon thyme, veggies, Chianti
- Pan-Seared Salmon with parsnip purée and Pinot Noir reduction
- 6oz Grilled Choice Angus Tenderloin with truffle potatoes and spinach
I ordered the salmon well-done, and it was cooked perfectly. More vegetables and more sauce would have made it even better.

DH enjoyed the tenderloin but, he thought it needed more vegetables.
Dolce
- Chocolate Soufflé with vanilla gelato and sauces
- Palo’s classic Tiramisu with raspberry soil

Your Server pours the very delicious sauce over the sponge. Delicious!
The Tiramisu presentation is unusual to say the least.

Final Thoughts on Palo Steakhouse Dinner
Dinner at Palo Steakhouse on the Disney Treasure was a wonderful experience — everything from the service to the atmosphere felt elevated, yet still relaxed.
Yes, it’s an upcharge, but at around $55 for the prix fixe, I absolutely feel it’s worth it. Next time, I’ll explore more of the à la carte choices.
Insider advice: make reservations early, and if you can’t book in advance, try again with the dining team as soon as you board — embarkation day dinner is often easiest to snag.
Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just want a refined break from the busy dining rooms, Palo Steakhouse on the Treasure is an experience I absolutely recommend.
