Queen Elsa’s Hot Cocoa

What could be more welcome on a cold winters day than Elsa’s Hot Cocoa? We all know that Arundel was in deep deep snow and this winter warming hot chocolate drink might even have melted the most Frozen of hearts.


  • 8 Ounces Frozen Whipped Topping
  • Blue Food Coloring
  • Cookie Cutter
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • Toothpicks
  • 5 to 6 Cups Milk
  • 1 Cup Chopped White Chocolate
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  1. To make the marshmallows, mix the whipped topping and water together in a large bowl.
  2.  Place wax paper over a 9-inch round cake pan.
  3.  Pour the mix into the pan. Make sure the mixture is level and evened out in the pan
  4.  Carefully add 8-10 drops of blue food coloring evenly around the pan. Use a toothpick to create a marbled pattern design
  5. Place in the freezer and leave for at least 4 hours until set.
  6. Cut out the marshmallows with a snowflake cutter.
  7. Now make the cocoa. Put the milk into a pan with the chocolate and vanilla extract.
  8. Make sure you keep the heat on low and stir until the chocolate is melted.
  9. When it is melted, pour into mugs and carefully add some blue food coloring until you have the desired color.
  10. Add the marshmallows on top.

Disney Cruise Christmas Cookie Cocktail


This rich and smooth Baileys based Christmas Cookie Cocktail is a breeze to make.


1 ounce Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
1 ounce peppermint schnapps
Vanilla ice cream
Chocolate sauce
Whipped cream
Cookie shavings

Add the Baileys, Kahlua, peppermint schnapps, and ice cream to a blender and blend until smooth. To get the wonderful layered look put chocolate sauce on the bottom of a tall glass.

Add the blended drink and top with the whipped cream. The cookie shavings on the top are the ‘icing on the cake”!

Disney Cruise Poinse-tini Christmas Cocktail Recipe


If you want a delicious decadent treat then try the recipe for the Disney Cruise Poinse-tini Cocktail.

2 oz gin
1/2 oz Chambord
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz cinnamon syrup
Black cherry syrup

Add the gin, Chambord, lemon juice and cinamon syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake. Take a martini glass, moisten and dip the rim in sugar. Layer the bottom of the glass with black cherry syrup.

Pour the drink into the glass and finish by topping with a dash of bitters.
