This rich and smooth Baileys based Christmas Cookie Cocktail is a breeze to make.


1 ounce Kahlua Coffee Liqueur
1 ounce Baileys Irish Cream
1 ounce peppermint schnapps
Vanilla ice cream
Chocolate sauce
Whipped cream
Cookie shavings

Add the Baileys, Kahlua, peppermint schnapps, and ice cream to a blender and blend until smooth. To get the wonderful layered look put chocolate sauce on the bottom of a tall glass. Add the blended drink and top with the whipped cream. The cookie shavings on the top are the ‘icing on the cake”!

2 oz gin
1/2 oz Chambord
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz cinnamon syrup
Black cherry syrup

Add the gin, Chambord, lemon juice and cinamon syrup to a cocktail shaker and shake. Take a martini glass, moisten and dip the rim in sugar. Layer the bottom of the glass with black cherry syrup. Pour the drink into the glass and finish by topping with a dash of bitters.
