1.Discover the Magic of Disney Entertainment

Disney Cruise Line offers a variety of entertainment options that are unique. You simply will not find these experiences on any other cruise line.

From Broadway-caliber shows to character greetings and deck parties, there’s never a dull moment on board.

Broadway-Caliber Shows

One of the highlights of a Disney Cruise Line vacation is the opportunity to see Broadway-caliber shows at sea.

From classic Disney tales like “Beauty and the Beast” to modern hits like “Frozen,” the shows are a must-see for all ages.

If you were seeing these shows on land you would pay hundreds of dollars for your family, but on a Disney Cruise they are included.

Character Greetings and Experiences

Disney characters are a staple of any Disney Cruise Line vacation.

You will have the opportunity to meet and greet your favorite characters, take photos, and participate in character experiences throughout the ship.

Deck Parties and Fireworks

Disney Cruise Line is known for its exciting deck parties, including the popular Pirate Night.

You can dress up as pirates, enjoy a themed dinner, and enjoy the deck party.

The night culminates in a spectacular fireworks show at sea, complete with Disney music and characters.

Adventure Activities

For guests who are looking for more adventure and excitement, Disney Cruise Line offers a variety of adventure activities at each port of call.

These activities include zip-lining, snorkeling, kayaking, and more.

Why not try the Electric Bike Tour de Nassau? Here you can enjoy a guided eBike Tour designed to showcase the best of Nassau City and its surrounding areas.

Or sign up for the Amazing Catamaran Snorkel and Beach Adventure. Explore the Virgin Islands most exclusive beaches and snorkel destinations aboard the newest turbo power catamaran.

It is important to note that port excursions are not included in the price of a Disney Cruise Line vacation and must be booked separately.

You can book port excursions through the Port Adventures Desk aboard the ship or online through their DCL reservation page.

It is recommended that guests book their port excursions in advance to ensure availability and to take advantage of any discounts or deals that may be available.

6.Enjoy Onboard Shopping and Special Merchandise

One of the many things that sets Disney Cruise Line apart from others is the onboard shopping experience.

As anyone who has ever looked for DCL merchandise on land or online, you will know that it is a rare thing!

When you sail on one of the ships you are going to be so happy to find a wide variety of merchandise, from exclusive collectibles and souvenirs to unique clothing and accessories.

You can shop for items such as clothing, jewelry, watches, handbags, and more.

You can also find items such as fine art, collectibles, and duty-free merchandise.

These items make great gifts for friends and family back home or as a way to remember the trip.

7. Capture Memories with Exclusive Photo Opportunities

Each ship has exclusive photo opportunities for guests to capture their magical moments on board.

You can take as many of your own photos as you want, or opt for a Disney Cruise Photo Package which has a variety of options including an unlimited package.

There are photo opportunities all over the ship, as well as at the terminals in Port Canaveral, all ports and at Castaway Cay and Lighthouse Point.

If you don’t want a package you can also buy individual pictures, though the fewer shots they buy, the higher the per-photo cost will be.

One good thing about the disc/drive package is that they do take photos in the Oceaneer’s Club.

If there is a photo of just the child or the child with character (no other kids in the photo), it should be in the collection.

Guests can also take advantage of character meet-and-greets, where they can take photos with their favorite Disney characters.

These meet-and-greets are scheduled throughout the cruise and are a great opportunity to capture memories with the characters.
